Rogers Park Vintage Management LLC (RPVM) is a residential and commercial property management company located in the Chicago neighborhood of Rogers Park. We Manage several properties in the area, both residential and commercial buildings. Our goal is to provide each resident a clean and safe place to call home and those looking to open a business, quality and well managed retail space. Our apartment rentals range from studio to 2 bedroom units, as well as 400 - 1500 square feet of commercial space for lease in a couple of our buildings. Rogers Park Vintage Management continues to look for additional opportunities in the area, to grow our portfolio of well managed affordable housing.
